Ms. Sinha is a third-generation lawyer from a family of distinguished lawyers. Her maternal grandfather, Late Mr. Gyan Chandra Dwivedi, was a Senior Advocate who practiced at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and was also elected as the president of the U.P. Bar Council. All of Mr. Dwivedi’s children, including Ms. Sinha’s mother, became practicing advocates following in their father’s footsteps.

Ms. Sinha pursued her dream of becoming a lawyer by studying law at Amity University. During her second year of graduation, she interned with Human Rights Law Network (H.R.L.N.) Allahabad and drafted and argued a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a ban on the sale of acid in UP, securing relief and gaining recognition. She then developed a keen interest in corporate law during various internships.

After graduation, instead of joining her family practice in Allahabad, Ms. Sinha joined the office of Mr. Vinod Diwaker, Advocate, who is now a sitting Judge of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, and gained practical experience before joining the law firm UKCA and Partners LLP. At the firm, she worked extensively in the field of Corporate Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, and Negotiations, arguing matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, and various other forums.

In 2022, Ms. Sinha and her co-founder Mr. Rahul Sinha established their own firm, Sinha & Partners, Advocates and Solicitors, which has achieved great success in a short amount of time.
Besides, being the Founder and the Managing Partner, she leads our Corporate and Commercial Litigation. She specializes in Corporate, , Contractual, and Regulatory disputes. Ms. Sinha’s expertise not only lies in handling disputes but also in preventing potential disputes from affecting our clients’ business operations. She strives to offer commercially viable and practical solutions to our clients and considers clients’ business objectives while assessing the commercial viability and reputational risks of litigation.

Ms. Sinha’s clientele includes large corporate houses, multinationals, financial institutions, and funds. She advises resolution applicants on their bids under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and also counsels committees of creditors and resolution professionals. Her advice to clients includes ongoing litigation strategies, potential disputes, recovery and enforcement proceedings, Arbitration, Conciliation & Mediation, and a host of regulatory matters. She has represented clients before various courts, quasi-judicial authorities, and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various states, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Competition Commission of India, Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Tribunal under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, Labor Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and Consumer Forums.
